Warranty Coverage
ABCabinetry warrants to the original residential purchaser that its cabinetry, door hinges, and drawer glides will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for a period of ONE year from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser, is valid only within the United States, and is non-transferable.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation, improper handling or storage, lack of maintenance, alterations, environmental conditions, or labor costs associated with removal or reinstallation.
Repair & Replacement
At its sole discretion, ABCabinetry may repair or replace any product covered by this warranty with a comparable product. Replacement parts may vary from the original due to product availability. Return of the defective product may be required before a replacement is issued. ABCabinetry will provide replacement parts at no charge; however, all labor, removal, reinstallation, shipping, and other associated costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Natural Wood Variations
Because wood is a natural material, variations in color, grain, texture, and character are normal and are not considered defects. Exposure to sunlight, moisture, smoke, household cleaners, and other environmental conditions may cause natural aging, darkening, or mellowing of wood finishes over time. These natural characteristics and changes are not covered under this warranty.
Product Changes
ABCabinetry reserves the right to modify product designs, specifications, materials, finishes, and hardware without obligation to make the same changes to previously manufactured or sold products.
Warranty Limitations
No dealer, distributor, contractor, or installer is authorized to modify or extend this warranty. This limited warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by ABCabinetry and replaces all other express warranties. To the extent permitted by law, ABCabinetry shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages. Some states do not allow certain warranty limitations or exclusions, so these limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
Claims
Warranty claims are NOT the same as missing claims, you have 14 days to file any missing claims. Please follow all instructions as they relate to delivery and photographic evidence.
